Senior Services Community Days Scheduled

Iroquois County – The Ford-Iroquois Public Health Department is accepting registrations from individuals interested in attending the Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (CDSMP).  The CDSMP is a six week program, provided once per week for six weeks.  Classes will begin on Tuesday, February 21, 2012 and continue each Tuesday through March 27, 2012.  Classes will meet at the Ford-Iroquois Public Health Department Office at 114 North Third Street, Watseka, Illinois from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. each week.
