First Annual Event at the Watseka Farmer's Market in Celebration of Employee Health & Fitness Month 2011

The Culminating Project at the Watseka Farmer's Market helped celebrate the end to the Employee Health & Fitness month. Agencies involved in the Employee Health & Fitness Month made blood pressure screening, depression screening and body fat analysis available to the Farmer's Market participants and vendors. The community also enjoyed tasty veggies and fruits grilled on a Green Mountain Grill and "fun characters and objects" made from fresh vegetables, fruits and cheeses. The event is planned to occur annually and to include more employers and organizations.
