Certification Class for Food Service Managers

A foodservice sanitation manager's course will be offered Monday, October 3 and Thursday, October 6, 2011, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., at ILEAS Training Center, (former Champaign Co. Nursing Home),  1701 E. Main St.  Urbana, IL.  The exam will be Tuesday, October 11, from 1-3 p.m. at ILEAS.  Persons needing recertification for their IL Department of Public Health certificate may attend the second day, Thursday, October 6, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
